Prior to joining the Bentonville School District I was employed with Walmart Stores Inc. for 27 years with varied positions. While at Walmart I was able to fuel my passion for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity by being an active member of the Women's Associate Resource Group and the African American Business Resource Group.

Why am I so passionate about Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity? My Grandmother was an exemplary role model for me in the area of treating individuals with the utmost respect; regardless of their heritage or background. Over the years, I have used my Grandmother's tenets as a blueprint in my life. I volunteer my time and talents to organizations that too, promote Diversity, Inclusion and Equity.
